Birdy, the multi-platinum British singer-songwriter, has released her fifth studio album, Portraits. This album marks a new chapter in her career and showcases a confident change of direction. Despite achieving tremendous success since her debut album, ‘Birdy,’ at 26, Birdy continues establishing herself as one of the UK’s top homegrown talents. Her impressive list of accomplishments includes three top 5 albums and numerous platinum and gold records, with over 8 million records sold worldwide.
Following the popularity of her much-loved 2021 LP ‘Young Heart’. The album, titled ‘Portraits’, will feature a lead single called ‘Raincatchers,’ accompanied by a visually stunning video directed by Max McLachlan. Fans can look forward to the album’s release on July 14 through Warner Music.
2023 marks the big comeback of Birdy! Revealed in 2011 with the essential “Skinny Love” (Platinum single in France) at only 15 years old, the young woman has dramatically changed.
