The Alchemist collaborates with MIKE and Wiki on new album featuring lead single “Mayors A Cop”.

The Alchemist, a producer from Beverly Hills, California, has been incredibly busy in the rap game this year. He has released four albums and eight singles in just nine months. However, this work ethic is nothing new for him, as he has been consistent since he entered the scene in the mid-2000s.

His first project, The Great Escape, was a collaboration with Larry June, featuring Big Sean, Action Bronson, Ty Dolla $ign, and Boldy James, among others. He followed this up with No Idols, a collaboration with Domo Genisis, just two months later. He then released Flying High two months after that. His most recent album, The Elephant Man’s Bones The ALC Edition, a collaboration with Roc Marciano, was released on September 1.

In addition to these projects, The Alchemist has contributed to other albums and released several singles. He recently collaborated with Vince Staples and Earl Sweatshirt on the track “The Caliphate” and worked with Westside Gunn and Travis Scott on a mainstream release, UTOPIA.

He also contributed to the instrumental input on “LOST FOREVER.” His latest single, “Mayors A Cop,” features MIKE and Wiki, two New York rappers known for their love of abstract beats. All three are now set to release an album together, titled Faith Is A Rock, which will have 10 tracks, according to Genius. Despite all of this activity, The Alchemist shows no signs of slowing down.
