Tyga and YG from Compton are about to release their joint album, “Hit Me When U Leave The Klub: The Playlist,” which is sure to be fire. They recently gave us a sneak peek of what’s to come with their latest track, “Boachella.”
These West Coast heavyweights have been excited about this project for months, and the excitement is real. They’ve even announced a co-headlining tour with the one and only Saweetie (who may or may not be YG’s rumored bae – we’ll let you speculate on that one).
“Hit Me When U Leave The Klub.” It’s dropping this Friday, September 29th, and the lineup is stacked with guest appearances from hip-hop legends like Busta Rhymes and Lil Wayne, not to mention the already legendary Blxst feature on “West Coast Weekend.”
YG, aka Keenon Dequan Ray Jackson, and Tyga, aka Micheal Ray Stevenson, have come a long way since their early days in the rap game. YG made waves with his debut single “Toot It and Boot It,” Tyga signed with Young Money Entertainment, Cash Money Records, and Republic Records. These two are a force to be reckoned with, and they’re about to drop a playlist that will be on repeat for a long time.
Some of you might be bummed that their tour with Saweetie got canceled or postponed (depending on who you ask), but fear not! “Hit Me When U Leave The Klub: The Playlist” is right around the corner. Tyga spilled the beans that they started cooking this up in 2022, and the creative process has been nothing short of epic.
