The South Korean girl group, known for their powerful performances and catchy tunes, is dropping their new song “Playlist” as part of their upcoming album, “RINGO,” set to release on October 18, 2023, via Warner Music Japan.
ITZY, consisting of Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna, made their Japanese debut in 2021, and they’ve been shaking up the J-pop scene ever since. “RINGO” will feature eleven tracks, including their hit singles “Voltage” and “Blah Blah Blah,” along with Japanese versions of some fan-favorites like “Sneakers,” “Cheshire,” and “Trust Me (Midzy).”
The lead single, “Playlist,” promises to be a whimsical journey inspired by fairy tales. With ITZY’s unique blend of pop-rock and their message of charting your own path, it’s sure to be a banger.
