British indie band, Bombay Bicycle Club, has revealed details of their upcoming sixth studio album titled “My Big Day”.

The album, set to be released on 20th October via AWAL, is a follow-up to their 2020 album “Everything Else Has Gone Wrong”. In addition to the album announcement, the band has also released the title track, “My Big Day”, which is accompanied by a video directed by Jon Higgs of Everything Everything and Kit Monteith of Foals.

The album features several exciting collaborations with various artists, including Damon Albarn (Blur and Gorillaz frontman), Jay Som, Nilüfer Yanya, Holly Humberstone, and an extra special guest who will be releasing a song with the band in the summer.

The album was produced by the band’s singer and guitarist Jack Steadman at The Church Studios in North London, as well as their own studio.

Bombay Bicycle Club will be performing two intimate gigs in the UK this month, in Ramsgate and London, before heading off to various festivals such as Mad Cool Festival, Y Not Festival, Lowlands Festival, WOMAD, and many more.
