Zedd’s “Telos” Album Download ZIP & MP3 Free Files
Zedd has confirmed a new album titled Telos, his first in almost ten years. Telos is set to release on August 30th, as announced by Zedd on his social media accounts. This album follows the release of True Colors in 2015, which included popular dance anthems such as “Beautiful Now” and “I Want You to Know,” a collaboration with Selena Gomez.
The word “Telos” originates from ancient Greek, specifically from the word τέλος, which can be translated to “end,” “purpose,” or “goal.” The term is associated with the philosophical concept of teleology, introduced by Aristotle, which focuses on explaining events based on the purpose they serve rather than their cause.
It’s currently unclear whether Zedd intends to explore these themes in the album. However, he previously described the unreleased album in August 2022 as marking “a new chapter” in his artistry. In March of this year, he also hinted at creating a reflective work with a nostalgic touch.
In an interview with USA Today, Zedd expressed his desire to create an album with depth and meaning, rather than just a collection of random songs. He emphasized the importance of providing fans with a special and honest experience, similar to the meaningful albums he personally craves, citing a lack of such experiences in today’s music landscape.

German DJ and music producer Anton Zaslavski, better known by his stage name Zedd, was born on September 2, 1989. Zedd was raised in Kaiserslautern, Germany, where he also started his musical career. His stage name, Zedd, came from pronouncing the first letter of his surname, Z, as zed in English, except in American English. He broke through to mainstream fame in 2012 with the release of “Clarity” (with Foxes). The song peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 and won him a Grammy for Best Dance Recording at the 56th Grammy Awards. His second studio album, True Colors, with Selena Gomez on lead song “I Want You to Know,” was released in 2015. Famous singles that followed include “Stay” featuring Alessia Cara, which peaked at number 7, “The Middle” featuring Maren Morris and Grey, and “Break Free” featuring Ariana Grande, which peaked at number 4 in the US.
