Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, born on December 22, 1991, is known professionally as DaBaby (formerly Baby Jesus). He is an American rapper from Cleveland, Ohio. Between 2014 and 2018, he released several mixtapes before signing with Interscope Records in January 2019 in a joint venture with the North Carolina-based record label, South Coast Music Group. His debut studio album, “Baby on Baby” (2019), produced the single “Suge”, which peaked in the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100 a month after its release.
His second studio album, “Kirk” (2019), debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 and included the hit singles “Intro” and “Bop”. In the same year, he was featured on the singles “Enemies” by Post Malone and “Cash Shit” by Megan Thee Stallion.
