aespa’s “Drama” The 4th Mini Album Download Leaked MP3 ZIP Files
K-pop sensations aespa are set to release their fourth mini-album, “Drama,” on November 10th.
The mini-album will feature six songs, including the title track and lead single “Better Things.” The quartet – consisting of Karina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning – has created a larger-than-life introductory trailer for the project, showcasing optical illusions reflecting their stardom’s magnitude.
The official aespa store describes the album as showcasing the group’s vocal growth with various genres, including charismatic hip-hop, lovely bright dance music, and sweet acoustic pop. The group will also build on their previous narrative thread, writing stories of their way through unique music and visuals and expanding on the SMCU lore with “Drama.”
According to SM Entertainment’s release, the album will find aespa “now breaking out from the trauma caused by a series of events with Season 1’s ‘SYNK OUT’ and ‘Hallucination Quest,’ and also the unknown anomalies in Season 2.”
aespa has come a long way since debuting in November 2020 amid the pandemic. The group wrapped their first-ever global tour last month, stopping in cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Santiago, and Paris. They performed at Coachella last year and inked a deal with Warner Records.
The success of their debut single, “Black Mamba,” was followed by the release of their second single, “Next Level,” which achieved widespread commercial success, peaking at number two on the Circle Digital Chart and K-pop Hot 100. The song earned multiple awards and Daesang, including Song of the Year at the 19th Korean Music Awards and the 2021 Melon Music Awards.
aespa’s first extended play (EP), “Savage,” and its lead single of the same name were released in October 2021, selling 787,600 copies and becoming the best-selling debut album by an SM Entertainment act. The release marked aespa’s second top-five song in South Korea and their first top-40 entry on the Billboard Global 200.
In July 2022, Aespa released their second EP, “Girls,” which sold 1,850,993 copies and debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200 chart. Their third EP, “My World,” was released in May 2023, achieving 2.1 million sales and becoming the second best-selling album by a K-pop girl group.
Winter told Rolling Stone in 2021 that the group went for a long walk together to refresh and had a heart-to-heart about how they felt during their “Black Mamba” promotion period. The members’ ability to understand each other better than anyone else made the moment special for Winter.
