Blondshell‘s “Blondshell” (Deluxe Edition) Album Download Leak MP3 ZIP Files
Blondshell has announced the release of a Deluxe Edition of her self-titled debut album, which features a new song titled “Street Rat”.
The 14-track expanded package will be available on October 6th and includes the previously released “Kiss City (home demo)” and “Cartoon Earthquake”, along with new tracks and a reworking of “Tarmac”.
Blondshell’s debut album has been highly acclaimed and regarded as one of the best rock debuts of the year by the LA Times. “Street Rat” is a dreamy grunge ballad that addresses toxic friendships and the challenges of early adulthood. The track was written and recorded during the original album sessions and the music video was filmed during Blondshell’s recent, sold-out US tour.
The Deluxe Edition expands Blondshell’s original nine tracks to 14, adding “Street Rat”, “Tarmac 2”, and “It Wasn’t Love”, as well as a demo version of “Kiss City” and the previously released standalone single “Cartoon Earthquake”. The album was produced by Yves Rothman (Yves Tumor, Girlpool) and originally released in April, featuring the acclaimed song “Salad”, which was deemed the best song of 2023 (so far).
Blondshell, whose real name is Sabrina Teitelbaum, is an American indie rock musician based in Los Angeles, California. She previously released music under the name BAUM before debuting as Blondshell in June 2022 with the single “Olympus”. Her debut album has earned her the opportunity to open up for Liz Phair on her upcoming tour.
