Chance The Rapper appears to be reconsidering his decision to delay the release of his project Star Line. Despite hinting at putting aside the highly anticipated mixtape, a new single from the project has been made available.
Today, on August 16, Chance The Rapper released his official self-directed video for the single “Bad Boys 2.” In this track, Chance teamed up with his SaveMoney collaborator, Joey Purp.
In the video, the duo is seen boarding the Star Line yacht and sailing around the open seas, showcasing the high life. They also flaunt their luxurious cars as they cruise through the city. While the official release date for Star Line is still pending, at least Chance The Rapper’s fans have another track to enjoy as they await its release.
In an interview with BET, Chance The Rapper discussed the extended wait for Star Line. “I don’t have to rush to put anything, and that gives me the confidence and security knowing that it’s cool to wait until I have everything packaged,” he said. “Then, I’ve fallen in love with it over and over again before I release it.”

Chancellor Johnathan Bennett, known professionally as Chance the Rapper, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer. He was born on April 16, 1993, and was raised in Chicago.
