Del Water Gap‘s “I Miss You Already + I Haven’t Left Yet” Album Download Leak MP3 ZIP Files
Del Water Gap has just announced his new album titled ‘I Miss You Already + I Haven’t Left Yet’, which includes a feature from Arlo Parks. The lead single off the album, called ‘All We Ever Do Is Talk‘, has also been released.
The New York-based singer-songwriter, whose real name is Samuel Holden Jaffe, describes this album as the one he has been trying to create his entire life. The album was produced by Jaffe himself, along with Sammy Witte (known for working with Harry Styles and Halsey) and Ethan Gruska (who has worked with Phoebe Bridgers). The LP also features a clarinet cameo from Clairo on the track ‘Gone In Seconds’.
The album’s title was inspired by a note addressed to Jaffe’s grandmother, which was found in a book of William Carlos Williams’ poetry by Jaffe’s late grandfather. Apart from the aforementioned tracks, the album includes a song called ‘Quilt Of Steam’, which Arlo Parks co-wrote and is featured on.
In a press release, Jaffe explains that ‘All We Ever Do Is Talk‘ is a tribute to the early days of a relationship, and a love letter to the melancholy and nostalgia that come with the realization that the feeling of the beginning won’t last forever.
‘I Miss You Already + I Haven’t Left Yet’ is set to release on September 29 via Mom+Pop. You can pre-order the album now.
