House Of Protection’s “Galore” Album Download ZIP & MP3 Free Files
Aric Improta and Stephen Harrison, also known as House of Protection, have revealed details about their debut EP, GALORE. They also released their fourth single, “Pulling Teeth,” along with an official video shot inside the legendary “Well of Death”. The video was filmed during a visit to Ahmedabad, India, where the band performed at the country’s well-known carnival sideshow. Aric and Stephen played at the bottom of a wooden pit while stunt drivers defied gravity and rode vertically around the well, while locals watched from above.
Reflecting on the making of the video, the band members shared, “The first day we met the full Red Bull Records team, we asked if they would be interested in flying us to India to perform in a “Well of Death” – an idea we’d been considering for years. To our surprise, they immediately agreed, so we knew we just needed the right song. After two writing sessions with Jordan, we finished “Pulling Teeth” and felt it was the perfect track to complement the concept. We always perform best in chaotic environments, so we were excited to see what would happen.”
“After 30 hours of travel, including cancelled flights, flooding in our connecting airport (Dubai), a cancelled location (due to a political rally), and an additional 16 hours of driving round-trip through the desert to the backup location… we finally found ourselves in the Well of Death,” they continued. “We did nine takes with a live audience, all while our director was throwing up between shots and one of the motorcycles died in the middle of the performance. Nevertheless, we ended up with something better than we could have expected, thanks to the incredible team on the ground.”
House of Protection will be performing their debut live shows on September 24 at 1720 in Los Angeles and on October 15 at Underworld in London.
