ITZY is bringing a fresh taste of “STYLE” to our ears with their latest track from the highly anticipated ‘RINGO.’
ITZY is the South Korean girl group that burst onto the scene in 2019 with their single album, ‘It’z Different.’ Fast forward to 2023, and they’re gearing up to drop their first Japanese-language studio album, ‘Ringo’ (which means ‘apple’ in Japanese), on October 18, 2023, courtesy of Warner Music Japan.
‘Ringo’ is a sweet medley of eleven tracks, with the title track itself being inspired by fairy tales. It’s all about forging your own path, not just following the footsteps of the tales we’ve all heard before. The album also features some familiar tunes like “Voltage” and “Blah Blah Blah,” jazzed up with a Japanese twist. And to make it even more exciting, there are Japanese versions of their previous hits “Sneakers,” “Cheshire,” and the heartwarming “Trust Me (Midzy).”
As for the release and promotion, mark your calendars for October 18, 2023, when ‘Ringo’ drops. The teaser images featuring the girls with bright red apples have us intrigued, and with eight different physical formats to choose from, there’s something for every fan. Plus, the Japanese version of “Trust Me (Midzy)” has already been released as a promotional single on August 29th, giving us a delicious taste of what’s to come. ITZY is definitely keeping us on our toes with this juicy release!
