Jordin Sparks, a multi-platinum recording artist and 2x Grammy nominee, has recently released her new album “No Restrictions” through Legacy Music Group. This album marks her return after almost ten years, featuring a powerful collection of tracks that showcase her incredible vocal range and artistic evolution. “No Restrictions” is a dynamic exploration of love, resilience, and empowerment, comprising 15 tracks including the lead single “Call My Name” and the Michael Jackson-sampled “Remember.” The album also includes guest appearances from T-Pain, Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men, and Stonebwoy.
In “No Restrictions,” Sparks fearlessly ventures into different genres, including hip-hop soul, quiet storm, Afrobeats, acoustic soul, and dance-pop, all highlighting her golden-toned vocals.
Sparks expressed her excitement about the album, stating, “I have been working on this album for many moons, creating it and fine-tuning every song until it was 100 percent me. A lot of beautiful joy and intention went into creating this art. I am so excited it is finally out and ready for the world to experience who I am now!”
The album’s promotion kicked off in October 2023 with the release of “Call My Name,” which debuted at No. 29 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart. In August, she followed up with “Remember,” a track that samples Michael Jackson’s “Remember The Time.”

She gained fame in 2007 after winning the sixth season of American Idol at the age of 17, making her the youngest winner in the show’s history. Her self-titled debut studio album, released in 2007, was both critically acclaimed and commercially successful. It peaked at number ten on the Billboard 200, achieved platinum status from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and sold over two million copies worldwide. The album featured the Billboard Hot 100 top-ten singles “Tattoo” and “No Air” (a duet with Chris Brown). “No Air” received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals and remains the third highest-selling song by an American Idol contestant, with three million digital copies sold in the United States.
