Laura Misch‘s “Sample the Sky” Album Download Leak MP3 ZIP Files
Laura Misch, a multi-talented musician, is set to release her debut album titled ‘Sample The Sky’ on October 13th.
The album, published under One Little Independent, features her trademark saxophone loops, which she skillfully uses to create an immersive sonic experience.
The album, which is steeped in a sense of awe, is inspired by the beauty of the natural world and its surroundings. According to Laura Misch, the album is meant to capture the moments of intimacy and universality that come with the beauty of the sky.
She describes it as “the feeling you have when you see the sky and you are in such awe that you feel compelled to photograph it and send it to someone – the moments that feel so intimate and personal yet universal, un-ownable, and ephemeral.”
The album features a new composition called ‘Portals,’ which was created during a period of loss. According to Laura Misch, the song is about a portal into the unknown and stems from the death of her 94-year-old grandfather who passed away while surrounded by his family.
She also describes his death as very organic and the moment he left his body, it was like he went from being there to being everywhere. The song is a tribute to her grandfather’s green-fingered personality and his belief in returning to the earth and the interconnectedness of everything.
