‘Tuxedo’ is another track that falls somewhere in the middle. It taps into Gen Z’s thirst for Millennial tropes while fulfilling Lil Wayne’s rock ambitions. This grunge-laden trap piece is fun but may divide fans eagerly anticipating ‘Tha Carter VI.’
The mixtape closes with the bombastic ‘Good Morning.’ While brief, the mixtape is memorable and punchy, though it often feels at odds with itself. It is more like an entree than a main course, never truly settling into any one lane.
