Lucky Daye‘s “Hericane” Download MP3 Free Audio Files

Lucky Daye has exciting news for his fans. The Grammy-winning singer and songwriter announced that he will be releasing a new single titled “Hericane” on April 19th. He shared the news on his Instagram account, along with a pre-save link.

Daye first teased the track in March, by posting a video of himself in a car playing a snippet of the song. In the clip, he sings, “I’ll take you to the top floor, baby / If you want it, don’t let me go / Hold on, just ride / What you wanna do? / I’ll drive you through midnight Let it rain, baby, rain.”

This will be Daye’s first song release of 2021, following his D’Mile and Bruno Mars-produced single “That’s You” which was released in November 2020. Speaking about “That’s You”, Daye said, “I sang my heart out on ‘That’s You.’ I felt like I was on the moon. I want people to think about that one person they just can’t be without when they listen. Hopefully, that person is a good person.”

“That’s You” debuted at No. 26 on the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay chart dated for Jan. 27 and has since peaked at No. 15. As of now, the song is No. 17 on the Adult R&B Airplay chart.

Both “Hericane” and “That’s You” are expected to appear on Daye’s upcoming third studio album. In 2020, he released his sophomore album, “Candydrip,” which debuted at No. 5 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and was named No. 1 on Rated R&B’s 30 Best R&B Albums of 2020 list.
