Lucy Rose has announced the details of her fifth studio album, titled “This Ain’t The Way You Go Out”.

The album will include her latest single, “The Racket”, which was released after her comeback single, “Could You Help Me”. In the song “The Racket”, Lucy wanted to convey a message of defiance and triumph, accepting the challenges she faced and moving forward in life. She also thanked her son Otis for his support during her darkest times.

Lucy Rose’s previous album, “No Words Left”, was released in 2019 and received critical acclaim. It led to a sold-out show at London’s Barbican theatre. After the album’s release, Lucy had planned to spend some time at home as she had been touring relentlessly since her late teens. She also started her own record label, Real Kind Records. Unfortunately, she was struck with sudden illness, severe osteoporosis.
