Sabrina Carpenter is set to release her sixth full-length album, “Short n’ Sweet,” on August 23rd. The album will consist of 12 songs, including unreleased titles such as “Dumb & Poetic” and “Lie to Girls.” She announced the news on her social media with an infomercial-styled trailer and also revealed the album’s artwork featuring a ruby red kiss mark on her shoulder.

Carpenter has found success on the singles charts this year with hits like “Espresso” and her latest single “Please Please Please,” both of which will be part of the upcoming album. “Please Please Please” made history by debuting at No. 2 on the Hot 100 chart, while “Espresso” peaked at No. 3. This made Carpenter the first solo act to have two simultaneous top-three hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in its 66-year history.

In addition to her chart success, Carpenter has made appearances on “Saturday Night Live” and performed at California’s Coachella festival. She has been building on the momentum from her previous album, “Emails I Can’t Send,” released last year. The album included the popular single “Nonsense” and was followed by a deluxe edition and an 80-date international headlining tour. Carpenter also opened for Taylor Swift on the Eras Tour in South America and Australia.

Starting her career as the star of the Disney Channel’s “Girl Meets World” from 2014-2017, Carpenter has continued to pursue her music career and is now signed with Island Records.
