It’s been a little over a month since the release of Bars Mitzvah, the debut project from BLP Kosher, a Jewish rapper from Florida. Although his unique style and appearance may leave you intrigued or confused, it’s undeniable that he has a distinct sound that’s gaining attention. BLP Kosher has partnered with SCY Jimm, another rising talent from Florida, on the new single “Ain’t Original” as they seek to make a name for themselves in the competitive rap scene.
SCY Jimm is a relatively unknown artist, so here’s some background information on him. His real name is Jimnirable Ke’Shawn Curry III, and he was born on June 12, 2000, in Bunnell, Florida. He started gaining a following in late 2021 after releasing “Dead Guys” and “Rolling 60’s” on his 2021 project, Last Call. He continued to gain more popularity after releasing his 2022 single “Ballin” and his latest project, Trench Baby, which is followed by his new single with BLP Kosher, “Ain’t Original.”
