Twin Atlantic’s “Meltdown” Album Download ZIP & MP3 Free Files
Twin Atlantic have released a new single called “World Class Entertainment” and announced details about their upcoming album “Meltdown.” The album is set to be released digitally on August 9 and physically on September 13 via their own label, Staple Diet. “Meltdown” will include previously released singles “Asleep” and “Stuck In A Car With You,” along with the new single “World Class Entertainment.”
Frontman Sam McTrusty shared, “Over the last 18 months we have been relentlessly obsessing over the making of a new album. We built two studios to have our own freedom and space to dig deeper into the essence of our band. That freedom evolved into engineering and producing the album ourselves. Zero outside influences. What we’ve got in the end is something we are so proud of and feels like our best work yet.”
He also mentioned, “The time felt right to revisit our roots and dive back into the big choruses and massive guitars that shaped our band’s early years, but obviously having lived life and toured the world since then we found an evolution of that sound.”
Describing the latest single “World Class Entertainment,” Sam said, “Sometimes during the making of an album, I can’t help but make fun of the whole thing. The day we wrote World Class Entertainment we set out to do just that. Turn everything up to 11, make every lyric sarcastic and opinionated. There’s a massive trend in the culture of excess and judgement, and that’s how this angsty, fun, flashing neon sign of a song was born. It’s great to be back kicking heads in with riffs. Let’s go!”

About Artist:
Twin Atlantic is a Scottish alternative rock band from Glasgow, Scotland. The current lineup comprises Sam McTrusty (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Ross McNae (bass). Lead guitarist Barry McKenna left the band in 2019 but still performs with them at live shows. Craig Kneale (drums) stepped back from the band in September 2021, one day after the release of their song “One Man Party” from their latest album Transparency. The band has released six albums: Vivarium, Free, Great Divide, GLA, Power, and Transparency. Their highest-charting single is “Heart and Soul” from Great Divide, which reached number 17 on the UK Singles Chart. On 2 June 2016, Annie Mac premiered “No Sleep” as the Hottest Record in the World on BBC Radio 1 and announced their album GLA, which was subsequently released on 9 September 2016.
