Voxtrot’s “Another Fire” Download MP3
Voxtrot, the veteran blog-rock band, has released their first new single in 14 years.
The band initially got back together for a reunion tour last year and shared a couple of previously unreleased tracks. However, this year, the five members of Voxtrot – Ramesh Srivastava, Jason Chronis, Matt Simon, Mitch Calvert, and Jared Van Fleet – decided to work on new material and convened in Lockhart, Texas.
The result of their efforts is “Another Fire,” an anthemic indie-pop tune that is out today. The song comes with a video filmed in Lockhart, directed by Srivastava, which you can watch below.
An indie pop band named Voxtrot originated from Austin, Texas in the year 2003. They released their first recordings in the same year, and their debut EP titled “Raised by Wolves” was critically acclaimed and received attention from music bloggers as well as major publications like Pitchfork and Spin.
