Yeat gained fame in mid-2021 after releasing his mixtape “4L” and debut studio album “Up 2 Me.” The tracks “Money So Big” and “Get Busy” from the latter became popular on TikTok. In 2022, he released his second studio album, “2 Alive,” and the EP “Lyfe,” both of which debuted in the top ten on the Billboard 200. In 2023, his third studio album, “Afterlyfe,” debuted at number four on the Billboard 200. Yeat has been known for using Auto-Tune-infused vocals since the beginning of his career. Yeat has cited Future and Young Thug as two of his biggest inspirations.
